This time includes: 1. Removing the factory installed bumper reinforcement bracket 2. Drilling two holes on each side of the rail using OEM supplied template 3. Positioning the sleeve in the frame rail end so it aligns with the holes drilled for the bracket 4. Minor grinding of the frame rail to accommodate replacement bracket kit, if necessary 5. Installation of the replacement bumper bracket kit 6. Tightening the fasteners to 118 lb. ft. We have changed the previous Estimated Work Time of 1.5 hrs. to 0.4 hrs for removal of the bracket, with an "Add If Required" operation of 1.1 hours to remove the factory welded on bracket, if required. The change was made to accommodate instances where the factory welded brackets have already been replaced or for instances where the bracket comes from the factory bolted to the vehicle."
