Issue Summary: This inquiry is applicable to both 981, 982, and 991 models porsches (global amongs 2013 + porsches. .3 to replace welded on hinge is not sufficient. Its physically impossible to replace this hinge in .3 after the door is removed for this vehicle. .3 labor is based on a bolted on hinge. Even if the labor for the hinge based on a new hinge being welded on a new pillar reinforcement, there is no way a welded on hinge can be possible at .3 for a welded non adjustable part. Celette does not offer a side gantry set up, so therefor the entire side must be built up in order to "align to fit" to vehicle. This would be impossible to replace with out fitting up the inner, outer, tacking the hinge in place (With an unknown measurment), installing the fender, make necessary adjustments, remove door, fender, move into adjusted position, refit everything back on the car, verify final fit onto to car. Once final fit is verifyed, remove all parts again, and finish welding part into place. please perform accurate time study on this procedure as its welded to the inner pillar reinforcement.
