Issue Summary: Damage is in the lower dog leg portion. Estimating time for sectioning dogleg is 5.5 hrs. based on replacing this following Toyota procedures, this is not enough

Individual Procedure Steps: Remove seam sealer on wheel house lip, access spot welds, measure and mark cut line being careful not to cut thru inner reinforcements, measure, mark and cut section for replacment service panel, install, fit up to rear door and rest of 1/4 panel and outer wheel house. Tack weld into place, Spot weld at flange, and seam mag weld seams and mig plug weld at rocker panel. Grind, fill and smooth seams up to 150 having to manually sand and recreate 14 body lines at lock pillar and 6 body lines at rocker panel. Apply seam sealer on outerwheel house lip to match existing seam sealer bead as well as rocker area
